In the unlikely event that unauthorized charges are made on your credit card, through no fault of your own, resulting from purchases made, Drawstrings of Malibu will reimburse you for any and all amounts you are required to pay by the credit card issuer. Under federal law, your maximum liability for unauthorized use of your credit card is limited to $50, provided you promptly notify your credit card provider pursuant to its reporting rules and procedures.

Drawstring of Malibu Guarantee:
Great care and pride is taken to assure every garment meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise purchased for Drawstrings of Malibu you may return it within 30 days for a full merchandise refund, excluding shipping.

30 Day Return and Exhcange Policy:

  • Clothing items returned within 30 days can be returned for a store credit or for an exchange.
  • No returns are allowed after 30 days of receiving your order.
    • We simply cannot guarentee the integrity of clothing that has been out of our posession for more than 30 days.

  • We do not refund the original shipping cost.
  • We do not refund the cost of shipping the order back to us.

New Condition Policy:

  • All items must be returned in new condition with the original tags attached
  • We cannot accept worn, washed, or damaged items (including stains or odor) for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy:

  • We accept exchanges for our clothing.
    • If something does not fit just right or if you prefer a different color or style, send your items back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Drawstrings of Malibu.

  • We cover the shipping cost of having the exchange items sent back to you.

NOTE: Items marked as “sale items” or “special orders” are final sales, no exchange or refunds.

Please send original “packing slip” or “return form” with return shipment. Your credit card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a credit receipt will be sent to you.

Returns are NOT accepted after 30 days.

Shipping and handling charges for standard home, store delivery, and express delivery will be added to your purchase based on the total of your order.

Some heavy or bulky items have an additional shipping and handling charge to the one shown on the charts above. These additional charges will be reflected at checkout. Shiiping rates are determined by UPS and the service they provide in your area may not be accurrately reflected in the sample chart above.

Drawstrings of Malibu provides all-occasion and holiday gift wrap, boxes or bags for most of our products.

Home Delivery: Standard Delivery: You can expect delivery in 4 to 7 working days. Most orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell, then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.

Drawstrings of Malibu Gift Cards are sent by USPS and usually arrive a week after ordering. Express Delivery: You can expect delivery in 2 working days for orders placed prior to 2:00pm PST. Express delivery orders are shipped UPS. UPS will ring your doorbell, then leave the package in a sheltered area.
