Return(s) and Refund Policy::
Drawstring of Malibu Guarantee:
Great care and pride is taken to assure every garment meets your expectations.
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise purchased for
Drawstrings of Malibu you may return it within 30 days for a full merchandise
refund, excluding shipping.
Exchanges and Returns:
We will issue a prompt exchange, refund, and/or credit as indicate, as long
as the item(s) meets our return criteria.
1. Returnd/exchanged items must not be returned worn, soiled, washed, stained,
painted, or in any way personalized, or altered in any way, shape or form.
2. No refund on items returned after 60 days without pre-approval of Drawstrings of Malibu.
3. No refund without a proof of purchase(receipt).
Shipping charges are not refunded except for errors or defects. We recommend
insuring return packages.
Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the product price.
All returns must be pre-approved by a Drawstrings of Malibu customer service representative. A Return to Manufacturer Authorization(RMA) number issued by customer service representative must accompany all returns.
